(Bill) Clinton the Musical cupcake cake
Clinton the Musical will be performed August 1-27 at Gilded Balloon at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and @clintonmusical Tweeted this cupcake cake featuring their logo of former U.S. President Bill Clinton, last seen on this blog at a table with Georgetown Cupcake cupcakes. Free cupcake alert: one per person all day at Georgetown Cupcake
If you're in New York City, Washington, DC or Bethesda, Maryland today, get yourself to Georgetown Cupcake for a free cupcake (one per person) to celebrate tonight's episode of their TLC reality show DC Cupcakes, which chronicles the opening of their SoHo (Manhattan) shop. Photos (except where noted) below via Georgetown Cupcake on Facebook.

And I took these last Friday at their SoHo store. I bought their new June flavors, lavender Earl Grey and white chocolate raspberry, and a coconut and hazelnut crunch. I like their regular better than these new ones, though white chocolate raspberry was interesting (especially the only on Saturday only mint cookies & creme). I may give them another try. I also highly recommend the black and white cookie cupcake if you are a fan of black and white cookies; each color has a different taste and texture and they combine perfectly.
