Chocolate Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Frosting

Cookie dough and cupcakes. Chocolate and peanut butter. I'd say this cupcake creation might just be the death of all of us. But oh what a sweet way to go!

Our stringer (ELD Images) out west in the tiny fishing village of Seattle has struck again! This time with a delightful trio from PinkaBella Cupcakes:

Left to right: French toast, creme de menthe and peanut butter. Sez ELD, "All were tasty, but French toast was probably the most unique. Authentic French toast flavor that begged for a side of bacon, or at least a piece or two on top..."  But you should know the man has a heavy-duty bacon fetish so your mileage may vary.

Peanut Butter Ball Cupcakes

These are my kind of cupcakes. I love baking surprises inside of cupcakes and Love From The Oven did an awesome job with these. They're buckeye cupcakes--chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter buttercream frosting, a peanut butter ball filling, and mini Reese's cups for decoration!
