I've seen a lot of Cadbury Creme Egg cupcakes this Easter season, and I plan on making some myself at some point. But What I like about these Cadbury cupcakes is that Sweet Tooth scooped out the filling in the middle of the eggs and make frosting with it. It was paired with chocolate cupcakes and decorated with Cadbury Egge shells. Check out Sweet Tooth's post for the recipes!

3 versions of a Cadbury Creme Egg cupcake
It's Cadbury Creme Egg season, which means it's also Cadbury Creme Egg cupcake season! Here are three versions of this sweet holiday treat.

by Sticky Pinny, who entered these last year in Iron Cupcake: Leeds and has the recipe!

by Cupcake Crazy Gem, who was inspired by Sticky Pinny, referenced in her post: "I used her recipe for the yellow creme egg filling type frosting and it tasted just like the real deal! so much so that people even asked me if I had melted real creme egg filling and mixed it in to make it taste so life like! I used a basic vanilla frosting for the other half and piped it on two tone to try and create the effect that it was oozing from the mini cracked egg on top!"

Peeps and Cadbury Creme Egg cupcakes by Amanda Cupcake, who has lots more Peep-tastic cupcakes too! From her post: "Perhaps the best part of finding the cupcake is eating it.....and then discovering another surprise?!! Like this Cadbury egg I baked inside of a cupcake..."
