Sometimes the messiest cupcakes to eat look the most delicious

These dulce de leche cupcakes are dripping with caramel and look amazing, though I suspect you'd definitely have to wash your hands after eating them! Officially, they're described by creators Life is Sweet in Northern Ireland on Flickr as "Devil's Food cupcakes topped with cajeta buttercream and drowned in more cajeta. You can never have enough caramel!" Contact them at 075 9589 4337 or Baked[at]LifeIsSweetNI.com and visit lifeissweetni.com for ordering information.
