Pet Rat + Cupcake: Master Splinter

Prepare yourself: pet rat + cupcake:

This is my first pet rat + cupcake post, I guess I wasn't really thinking I'd see that day.  Master Splinter was, I believe, well behaved around the ninja cupcakes.  Image courtesy fourpointreport.

5 extremely cute animal cake pops

I can't decide which of these cake pops I think is cutest, but if I were forced to pick, I'd go with the bumblebee! Second favorite: the owl. What do you think? They're all by Evie Mallow Cake Pop & Party Shoppe in Mississauga, Ontario (Canada), via their Facebook page. They can be reached at evieandmallow at yahoo.com and you can find out more at evieandmallow.com.

Kitty cat and s'mores cake pops, horse and Earth Day cupcakes and a Wiener dog cupcake cake

These kitty cat and s'mores and I'm sorry to say I don't know what the other animal is cake pops are by Cupcakes-a-Go-Go in Madison, Wisconsin, as are the Earth Day cupcakes, which are from last year but it's coming up on April 20th so seemed timely! All are from their Facebook page. You can get more info about their shop and their iPhone app at cupcakesagogo.com. The horse cupcake has nothing to do with any of the above but was so incredibly adorable I kindof want to cradle it in my hand (I can't help it, when a cupcake is super cute, my instinct is to admire rather than eat it). That goes many times more for the wiener dog cupcake cake! I saved the best (or at least, my very favorite), for last.
